I have to agree with some of the other comments here. The place makes cheesesteaks therefore I show up. However the staff make it a point to embarrass other employees and seem to have a mentality that the customers don't care what they say or do. It is a shame this establishment can't maintain a professional atmosphere otherwise I would eat here more often.

Did call ahead ordering a sandwich just sit there while waiting for friend to ask them to drop fries very disappointed also always out of cookies
